A leading Russian manufacturer of power supplies rented a warehouse with an area of 1.1 thousand square meters in the Moscow district
Interterminal Prologis LLC is a Class A warehouse complex in the Moskovsky district of St. Petersburg. The address of the object: St. Petersburg, Kubinskaya str., 75,1. Logistical advantages are determined by the proximity of the ZSD, ring road and a number of federal highways. The total area of the business park is 109,308 sq.m.
The tenant needed to find a warehouse near his own production. The new warehouse was to be equipped with everything necessary for comfortable work of employees and cargo storage, including racks.
A warehouse in a high-class facility in the Moskovsky district was selected for the request. The location and characteristics fully satisfied the tenant's request. The lease agreement was signed within 10 days.
"Our task was to provide the customer with warehouse space within one location. The company's production and office building are located in the Moskovsky district, so we focused on the nearest warehouse complexes. In the St. Petersburg market, the requested square footage has been in short supply for about 2 years. However, the reputation of the tenant allowed us to negotiate mutually beneficial terms with the owner. The transaction was successfully closed in the shortest possible time," said Philip Chaika, Head of Warehouse and Industrial Real Estate of IPG.Estate.
