Grace company has leased warehouse space of 6 900 sq.m in Krasnoselsky district in St. Petersburg

A manufacturer and supplier of flooring products Grace has leased a 6,900 sq.m. including warehouse block with administrative offices in warehouse complex Sosnovaya Polyana. IPG.Estate acted as the transaction broker.

Grace company is engaged in the production and wholesale of a full range of accessories for flooring. The geography of company supplies not only in Russia, but also abroad.

Sosnovaya Polyana is a class «B» manufacturing and warehouse complex with a total area of about 20 000 sq.m. It is located at: Peterhofskoe shosse, 74, building 4. The building with an area of 6,900 sq.m., leased by Grace, was commissioned in the third quarter of 2020.

According to the tenant, the company considered the southern direction when searching, because most of the employees live in this part of the city. It was also important to provide convenient logistics for employees and clients.

«The tenant asked us to combine all the company's structures within one facility. At the same time, the client considered only free-standing buildings in order to become a mono-lessee, - comments Philip Chaika, head of Industrial and Warehousing Department in IPG.Estate. - The volume of quality vacant space in the market has been steadily decreasing since 2015, so it was difficult to find a building that suited all the requirements. As a result, the search for premises for Grace took two years, wherein many consultants in the city worked with this company».
