IPG.Estate: EGO Engineering company has rented a class A warehouse in the north-west part of St. Petersburg

EGO Engineering, one of the largest suppliers of engineering equipment in Russia, has rented a block in the territory of Orion Logistics warehouse complex. IPG.Estate acted as the transaction broker.

EGO Engineering Company was established in 2001. The company specializes in the supply of engineering equipment for completing water supply, sewerage and heating systems.

The total area of Orion Logistics is about 60 000 sq.m. EGO Engineering has occupied the last vacant block in the complex on the territory of industrial zone Kamenka in the north-west part of St. Petersburg. At the moment the occupancy of the industrial and warehouse complex is 100%.

According to the tenant, during searching the company considered only Class A facilities with dust-free floors and office block, with the possibility of using a land plot next to the warehouse for the storage of oversized goods.
