The manufacturer of natural care cosmetics Levrana rented a warehouse with an area of 2,400 sq. m on the territory of the commercial complex of the branch of JSC "LOMO" Management company "LOMO-Real Estate". The broker of the transaction was IPG.Estate.
LLC "Levrana" is a company that produces cosmetic products that meet the standards of natural products. Levrana has been operating for more than 6 years and has 7 own brands.
The territory of the commercial complex of the branch of JSC "LOMO" is a 4-6-storey production and warehouse complex with a total area of 97 thousand square meters, located at the address: Optikov str., 4. The working ceiling height is from 5.8 to 7 m.
Due to the active expansion, the tenant needed to find a new warehouse for storing and processing products. A number of requirements specified the location near the Chernaya Rechka metro station, where the company's main office is located.
As a result of negotiations with the owner, Levrana was able to occupy 2,400 sq. m of warehouse space, closing its need in a short time.
