IPG.Estate: Furniture company rented storage in Interterminal
Furniture company rented storage facilities with racks area of 1,700 sq. m in Interterminal – Parnas warehouse complex in Vyborgsky district of St. Petersburg. IPG.Estate company acted as a broker of the transaction.
According to the tenant, the company initially considered storage facilities in Vyborgsky district near its office, which is located on the Vyborgskaya Embankment. Availability of a rack storage system was among mandatory requirements .
"At the moment, there is an acute shortage of warehouses and storage facilities equipped with rack systems in Vyborgsky district, – says Philip Chaika, Head of IPG.Estate's Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Department. – Free spaces in high-quality facilities presented in the market, are taken quickly enough."
