IPG.Estate has leased 1,500 sq. m of warehouse space in Interterminal A-Class Warehouse Complex at Kubinskaya Street, 75. The tenant has become company provides a full range of services for the optimal working environment creation: from a concept to office equipping, relocation and further maintenance. When looking for the premises, the company paid special attention to a location – in Moscow district, close to Moskovsky Prospect; the preference was given to qualitative facilities with anti-dust smooth floors, equipped with shelf-storage system. Interterminal A-Class Warehouse Complex in Kubinskaya Street with an area of 58,300 square meters has met the lessee's requirements in full. Philipp Chaika, the Head of Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Department of IPG.Estate company, notes that today Moscow district is one of the districts provided with qualitative storage space locations around the city – its share reaches 40%. The demand for warehouse space in this area is always high.
