IPG.Estate sold an industrial land with an area of 1.5 hectares in Fedorovsky district
An individual entrepreneur became the owner of an industrial with an area of 1.5 hectares in Fedorovsky on the territory of the Tosnensky municipal district. IPG.Estate acted as a broker of the transaction.
It’s located on the territory belonging to JSC "Terminal-K". The total area of the purchased object was 1.5 hectares. The new resident plans to use the land for the construction of a speculative warehouse.
