IPG.Estate: Spetsproekt LLC leased over 500 sq.m. of office space in the center of St. Petersburg
The company «Spetsproekt», designer and manufacturer of equipment for the nuclear industry, rented a 562 sq. m. class B+ office in business center «Derzhavinsky, 5». Consulting company IPG.Estate acted as the broker of the deal.
Spetsproject LLC designs, develops, manufactures and tests non-standard equipment and installations in the nuclear power and industry market.
Derzhavinskiy 5 Business Center is a class B+ facility with a room-corridor layout. The business center is located in Admiralteisky district of St. Petersburg. The total area - 5 500 sq.m.
The tenant needed to improve the quality of the office, keep the office layout and save the location close to the city center. Spetsproekt company moved into a separate block with a view of Derzhavin Manor Garden.
