IPG.Estate has won the tender for the construction of a two-storey office for JSC "TEKNIP RUS" in the Premier League business center

IPG.Estate will act as the general contractor for the construction of the new office of JSC "TECHNIP RUS", a member of the international group of companies Technip Energies in the Moscow region.

JSC "TEKNIP RUS" was established in 1988 as a joint venture with the international group of companies Technip, which at the time of the creation of the Russian office already had more than 30-year history. In 2017, the Technip Group of companies and FMC Technologies merged, and in 2021, Technip and FMC companies separated and TEKNIP RUS became owned by the new Technip Energies group of companies.

JSC "TEKNIP RUS" is a successfully developing project organization with its head office in St. Petersburg and project divisions in many regions of the Russian Federation. The company's staff in St. Petersburg has more than 200 employees.

The Premier League Business Center is a Class A facility located at 266 Ligovsky Prospekt in the Moskovsky District of St. Petersburg. The total area of the nine-storey building is 18,000 sq. m. The facility was built in 2008.

The individual design project of the new office was developed by Max design studio. The construction department of the IPG company.Estate will be engaged in the implementation of office space in the status of a general contractor.

According to the representative of JSC "TEKNIP RUS", the tender was held in difficult conditions of price jumps for materials and services, changes in the design project, requirements for the volume of work. The most optimal terms of implementation and technical and commercial conditions were proposed by one of the four bidders-IPG.Estate.

Within the framework of cooperation, installation and finishing works, installation of engineering and fire-safe systems, zoning of space with glass partitions will be implemented. The move to a new two-storey office with an area of 3,000 sq.m is scheduled for the beginning of the fourth quarter of 2021.
