A transaction for the sale of commercial premises in the II stage of the residential complex "Geometry" in Kudrovo has been realized

A private investor has purchased a commercial premises with an area of 93 sq. m in the construction phase of the residential complex "Geometry" in the Vsevolozhsky district. The broker of the transaction is Alexey Lazutin, Head of the Investment Sales and Corporate Services Department at IPG.Estate.

The residential complex "Geometry" is a project from the developer "Investtorg" in the actively developing Kudrovo microdistrict. It includes two residential buildings with a height of 23 floors. It is planned to complete the construction in the IV quarter of 2022.

The buyer made a request to select a commercial object for the subsequent lease of the area. The requirements related to the compliance of the price with the allocated budget, as well as the location with consistently high traffic.

As a result of the transaction, the investor purchased a built-in room that overlooks the section of the main highway of the district under construction. The total area of the object is 93 sq. m.
