IPG.Estate: the production company rented a space with an area of 3,000 sq. m in the south-east of St. Petersburg
A company specializing in the production of inflatable boats has rented a production facility in Kolpino.
The owner of the object is LLC "Property-M". IPG.Estate acted as a broker of the transaction.
The company became a tenant of 3,000 sq. m. m of production areas at the address Kolpino, Finlyandskaya str., 35.
"The company needed to rent a room fully ready for work in a short time," says Maria Titova, senior consultant of the industrial and warehouse real estate department of IPG.Estate. – The client considered warehouse areas with high-quality repairs and the availability of all necessary capacities. Also, the tenant needed convenient transport logistics. The transaction was closed within a month after the appeal."
