IPG.Estate, in partnership with Cushman & Wakefield, has closed the deal of the office rent by Medpace in the business district of BolloevCenter
Medpace is a scientifically-driven, global, full-service clinical contract research organization (CRO) providing Phase I-IV clinical development services to the biotechnology, pharmaceutical and medical device industries. Medpace’s mission is to accelerate the global development of safe and effective medical therapeutics through its physician-led, high-science, and disciplined operating approach that leverages local regulatory and deep therapeutic expertise across all major areas including oncology, cardiology, metabolic disease, endocrinology, central nervous system and anti-viral and anti-infective. Headquartered in Cincinnati, Ohio, Medpace employs approximately 2,500 people across 35 countries.
During the year, Medpace was looking for a new office in St. Petersburg, class A and B + in the central part of the city, not far from metro stations. The business complex BolloevCenter fully complied with the tenant's requirements for technical equipment and safety. Panoramic view in the office, the good characteristics became the advantage of the object.
Business district BolloevCenter – a building of A class , belongs to the company "BTK Development". It is located at: Grivtsova, 4, in the heart of the business life of St. Petersburg. The total area of the building is 9 623 sq.m. The main transport routes of the city go near the business center - Nevskiy, Moscovskaya and Voznesenskiy avenues. There are several metro stations within walking distance: “Nevsky Prospekt”, “Gostiny Dvor” and “Sadovaya”.
Ilya Kuznetsov, deputy head of the department at Cushman & Wakefield, noted that, in partnership with IPG.Estate, the interaction between the offices in London, Moscow and St. Petersburg was successful, which allowed selecting the right office for Medpace and agreeing on the terms of the lease.

The search and negotiations took more than 5 months: taking into account the limited amount of vacant large “A” class areas in the central districts of the city, it was not easy to find a suitable location, - said Ivan Pochinchikov, managing partner of IPG.Estate. - Medpace is a major international organization in the field of pharmaceuticals and biotechnology, which is expanding in the St. Petersburg market. The company has occupied the office in one of the most high-quality and prestigious business centers of the city. In the past year, single transactions related to the pharmaceutical sector were held in St. Petersburg: several for renting office space and one for purchasing a warehouse. "
