IPG.Estate acted as the broker of the transaction: a network of bakeries and confectionaries rent a premium class warehouse with an area of 2000 sq. m
A class warehouse complex located at Magnitogorskaya street was put into operation in 2016. The tenant rent the whole building.
The management of "Magistral" ltd notes that the facility meets all standards and requirements of the A class warehouse complexes.
"For today, the offer for high class speculative warehouses with an area of 2000 sq.m on Saint –Petersburg commercial real estate market is very limited, especially in the Eastern part of the city, – says Philip Chaika, the Director warehouse department of IPG.Estate real estate company. Most grocery chains prefer to build objects for themselves, initially including all the necessary options in the draft. When we were working on this project, we were looking for an object that meets certain requirements based on the specifics of the bakeries and confectionaries network business. "Magistral" warehouse complex became a great decision. The lease contract was signed in the late March, and in the mid-April, we signed the act of transfer and acceptance".
