IPG.Estate company acted as a broker of the transaction. The lessee is engaged in the manufacture of devices for production, distribution and energy consumption processes automation. The lessee has occupied an isolated two-storey industrial building with a total area of 4,500 sq. m, as well as an adjacent land plot, in Primorsky district (in walking distance from Pionerskaya underground station). Electric capacity of the facility is 500 kW. The facility includes an attached administrative building. "Primorsky district is in demand not only among companies looking for warehouses, but also among manufacturing companies, – says Philipp Chaika, the Head of Industrial and Warehouse Real Estate Department of IPG.Estate company. – It should be noted that, at the moment, there is an acute shortage of quality warehouse and production offers in this location."
